Shopbop.com is looking for a results-driven International Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive the growth of our international business. The International Marketing Manager will own Shopbops international marketing strategy. This role will require a proven creative, strategic thinker who can grow a business by successfully managing all stages of building an international marketing program from concept to execution.
The successful candidate will be a thoughtful, high-energy self-starter with strong business acumen, acute analytical skills, and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and will have a track record of successfully developing comprehensive marketing strategies for the international market.
Responsibilities:
Set the vision and strategy for better serving the international customer; implement short and long-run marketing programs focused on customer acquisition and retention Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to break into and expand international markets Create and manage programs that optimize the end-to-end customer experience for customers in our target countries including retention and loyalty campaigns, website features Leverage existing online marketing channels like SEO, sponsored links, affiliates, and shopping engines to attract new customers abroad Identify, test and implement new advertising channels Lead development of marketing content that best serves the targeted country Manage projects that will require influence and support from other departments

Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in online marketing or top-tier management consulting Experience developing comprehensive marketing programs that leverage key channels such as email, SEO, and paid search Deep analytical and problem solving experience Ability to communicate and present metrics effectively to support strategic recommendations Knowledge of foreign cultures and languages a plus BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
